Solsot - Korean Franchise

Solsot — One Platform for a Growing Korean Franchise

Solsot is a fast-growing Korean rice bowl restaurant with an expanding network of sub-franchise branches. As the business scaled, the franchise head needed full visibility and control across every location. Here's how we helped.

What we delivered

A quick look at the changes that made the biggest difference.

Full visibility for the franchise head

There was no central system to track sales across branches — meaning royalty fees were hard to calculate and even harder to collect. We built a centralized ERP that gives the head company real-time sales data from every location, with royalty fees calculated automatically based on actual sales. No disputes, no manual work.

Three ordering channels, one system

Customers ordered through QR menus, self-service kiosks, and POS terminals — but none of them were connected. We unified all three into a single platform, so every transaction feeds into the same data regardless of how the order was placed.

Back office, simplified

Accounting, HR, and delivery were all running on separate tools. We brought everything into one integrated ERP — giving both branch managers and the head company a complete operational view from a single place.

Loyalty that works across every branch

We integrated a loyalty system directly into the sales platform, so customers earn and redeem rewards seamlessly across all Solsot locations and ordering channels — with loyalty data visible to the franchise head in real time.

From scattered branches to one connected franchise — Solsot now runs its entire network from a single platform.
