Burger King — 40 Kiosks. 13 Branches. Zero Queues.
Burger King Mongolia was running entirely on manned cashiers — long lines, high staffing costs, and slow service during rush hour. We helped them make the leap to self-service.

A quick look at the changes that made the biggest difference.
Every branch needed at least two cashiers, multiple computers, and constant manual input. During busy hours, queues built up fast and customer satisfaction took a hit.
We sourced and supplied customized self-service kiosk hardware and integrated payment terminals — purpose-built for Burger King's environment and fully branded to match their experience.
We developed a self-ordering application for the kiosks, fully integrated with Oracle Symphony — the POS system Burger King already uses. Orders flow directly to the kitchen with no manual steps.
The kiosks connect to MONGOL ID's payment network and Mongolia's official Ebarimt e-receipt system — so every transaction is processed, compliant, and receipted without any staff involvement.
A real-time merchant portal lets Burger King track transactions, monitor operations, and pull sales reports across all 13 branches from one place.
“40 kiosks. 13 branches. Shorter queues, lower costs, and a faster experience for every customer.”
